Do you gift wrap?
We do offer a complimentary gift wrapping service for items purchased in our store. We also offer gift wrapping on outside items for an extra fee.

We are open from 10am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday. On Saturday's we are open from 10am - 4pm.
Do you accept returns?
For non-personalized items, if you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you may return it for store credit ONLY within 14 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused, in its original condition, & sent via a trackable method. To initiate a return, access your account and click return on the order you wish to return. Can you remove existing embroidery/monogramming?
Embroidery removal is dependent on the type of material embroidered and the tightness of the stitching. This is determined by an in-person inpesction of the monogrammed item.
Embroidery Removal is $20 for every hour it takes to remove the stitching. Each project is timed in order to make this as accurate as possible.

Our official address is 4426 Arendell St. Suite 2B in Morehead City, North Carolina.
For more landmark oriented people we are in the Pelletier Harbor Shops shopping center with McQueen's, Thai Sticky Rice, and Ann Paige. We are across the street from the 70 West Marina and Harborside Apartments high rise.
What types of monogramming do you offer?
We offer 5 different personalization options:
- Thread Embroidery
- Vinyl Stickers
- Wood Engraving
- Custom Stationery
- Custom Screen-printing
In each of these we offer initial & name monogramming as well as a large selection of frames, accents, and designs to make every item uniquely yours.
How large can you do a monogram?
For Embroidery: The largest embroidery design we can do is a 13" x 13" square or circle monogram/design. Or a 18" x 13" rectangular monogram/design.
For Vinyl/Heatpress: The largest we can do is a 12" x 24" design.
Do you monogram outside items?
Yes! We do monogram items that are not purchased at our store. Our pricing is the same whether you monogram an item you bought from us or an item you brought in.

Do you accept monogram returns?
Due to the nature of personalization we do not accept returns on personalized products unless it was a mistake made on our part.
What if I am looking for a font or design that you do not have?
We love finding new things so we would be happy to get any design that you can think of!
We do however have a fee for the purchase of a custom design. This fee varies depending on the font/design.
How much does a monogram cost?
All monograms are priced based on the size of the monogram and what font is chosen. Some fonts cost more that others.
For Embroidery: Embroidered monograms are priced based on font & size. Single Letter Monograms start at $5.00. While a Three Letter Monogram could start at $7 or $10 depending on which font you choose.
For Vinyl/Heatpress: Monograms are priced based on size and start at $7.50.
What is the turn around time on monograms?
The typical turn around for personal monograms is 4-6 days. For a turn around less than our standard we do offer priority add-ons. This is a fee paid at checkout that makes sure your item gets pushed to the front of the line.

Note: Our turn around time varies depending on the time of year and how many orders we have at one time.
How will I know what my monogram is going to look like?
All of our monogram fonts listed on our website have a photo it's alphabet for your convenience.
For in-store monograms you can request to see a digital proof before we sew it. All online monogram orders will receive a proof that HAS to be approved before we move forward with the embroidery process.
How are pockets embroidered?
Unless we have informed you otherwise all clothing pockets will be sewn shut upon embroidering.

Do you have order minimums?
There are no minimums for embroidery.
Custom order shirts, hats, jackets, and bags require at least 5 pieces.
Screen printing does not have any minimums at this time. However we do recommend starting with at least 5 shirts or 15 smaller sized designs to make it more economical.
Stationery & Engraving do not have any minimums.
What kind of artwork do you need?
For Embroidery our machines use EMB & DST Machine Embroidery formats. If you have this type of file already you can send it to us. If you do not have this file then your artwork will need to go through what is called the digitizing process. This is where a photo of your logo is converted into an embroidery stitch file. For this process we need either a JPG, PNG, or AI version of your logo.
For Vinyl, Engraving, Stationery, or Screen Printing we need your artwork in one of the following formats: JPG, PNG, or AI
What will my logo cost?
Our business services are all based specifically on YOUR logo and/or artwork.
For embroidery If we need to digitize your artwork then there will be a $15 - $30 fee depending on the size and intricacy of your logo. Once digitized we will give you an exact price based on the stitch count of your logo.
For screen-printing, the price is calculated by the amount of material needed to print your logo.
Do you offer price breaks on bulk orders?
Yes we do. Bulk pricing starts at 25 pieces and is calculated specifically to the logo used and the quantity or your order. Please note that due to the nature of how embroidery is priced, the price breaks may be smaller compared to screen printing orders.
*This ONLY applies to orders that have the same exact logo or artwork on every item.
Do you supply the product or do we?
We have sources that we can order product from, there are no minimums on this but you may be subject to a $20-$30 shipping fee for less than 10 products.
